I am currently trying to downsize all of my belongings. That means going through old journals, memorabilia and photos to try and create digital copies and/or choose the most important ones to keep.
This morning I somehow started with pictures without much thought, but before I knew it I was crying. So many images of people who I had forgotten, loves that have passed on and the most painful and shocking if all: all of the mayryannas that have come before.

It’s hard for me to believe it has been 8 years since the last of those photos were taken… I suppose that’s how long I have been fully dependent on digital.
So much life has continued to happen… Now more splattered across Social Media than stuck away in a box in the back of the closet – but this was nice. It was refreshing to recieve my nostalgia algorithm-free for a change.
I hoped you enjoyed this visual journey… Perhaps someday you’ll hear all the stories too.
